Worms in water

Hey, Just the other day whil doing a water change in my 10 gallon tank with ADA aqua soil i took notice to small hair like worms in the water, anyone go any ideas how to get rid of them and are part or the bio system ?

I had the same thing before I put some fish in my tank. Once I put fish in there, the worms were gone in no time.

The worms pose no threat to anything that I know of.

I think it's probably planaria. I have them in my tank too. Fish should help get rid of them. Make sure you aren't over feeding your fish and that your substrate isn't overly dirty. These are the recommendations I've read for keeping planaria in check.
