Algae ID help w/ photos

I finally hosted the pics I took of the algae I referred to in this thread:

I followed Tom's suggestions (except I still haven't gotten the Amano shrimp yet), and the algae has stopped spreading, but I'm still curious what type of algae it was. It doesn't quite look like BBA I've seen in other people's photos, and doesn't quite look like hair algae either. Any ideas? Here are some photos when it was at its worst:

staghorn algae and likely a little BBa mixed in.

Any branched cylindrical tubes are the staghorn.
Fine hairs, no branching=> BBA.
