Have you checked the trade forum here or at APC?
I thought CL had some Blyxa for sale and I know Tom usually has some as well.
There are a few web retailers that can do some of these, but I don't see cyperus much. I had to get mine at the AGA auction for crying out loud.
Plus, hobbyists usually have good quality and price, as noone wants to bring that back on themselves by shipping bad plants...

Speaking here from the 'Right' coast I've been checking the forums periodically and also sent Tom a PM a while back - still waiting for a response.
I don't do web-retailers for plants - Only other hobbyists or LFS.
I do visit a local wholesalers from time to time though and may have to sp. order the Cyperus from him.
All the others are extremely common and I'm quite surprised I haven't gotten any bites. I guess people are just scared of the weather - IDK.

You might want to try to TPT swap and shop forum or aquabid. If you have a local aquatic plant or aquarium club, I would give that a try as well.
There is someone on Planted Tank that has C Heferi. He has a shop too, online. I cant recall atm, I'll get the name later.

They have a very nice selection. I've ordered from them numerous times and the plants have always arrived in very good condition.
