Amanos are difficult to raise (though not hard to breed) because the fry must be moved to salt water and then back again. So, unless somebody is getting rid of theirs, you probably won't find anyone with extras, like you might on red cherry shrimp or some of the others.
There are several places you can mail order Amanos on the internet -- just do a quick search. I think they are available from some EBay vendors also.
If you tell us what city you live in, someone in your area may be able to recommend a local store to you. There's a local store here in LA that usually sells them for about $5 each.
