Thanks, the real deal is the planting, if i can make it come together like that, it would be grand. A lot of people can easily do the hardscape a ok, but then botch the planting.
I'm working with MC, cambomba red belem, stargrass, (maybe incorporate giants - syn), buce moss, Vietnam moss, peaock/spiky moss, and buces, I'm trying to get a big clump of buce variegated. I have debts to pay, then i will try to source it. It ain't gonna be cheap for me, but everything plant hobby i buy is well worth it to me. This is basically my life hehe

Really? I love that piece, but it definitely stands out too much in front the tree, good eye mang. I will reposition it or something else.

    Iono...:(

    That is pretty sick
Makes me feel of lesser ness now
well optimal jealousy is that theres not much room for any plants except what you can put on to the wood and such...

So i decided to take this scape down as usual. I totally botched what i wanted to do with it. Good concept. Good dedication. Horrible piece together.
    Single t5 bulb
    sump
    co2 diffuser
    Things are growing well
i think i only did one or two water change from the timeframe
The fish (platys) took care of the algae for me
So slow growth, but steady growth
Hardly ever dosed it, just nitrates and phosphates with their K past what couple weeks?
Other than that soil did most of the work
    Fish did the work too
Lighting was on for about 5 hours a day
So hardly water change hardly dose, you can do your own way with any system, any system is not set in stone
Both sides are right? Barr vs Happi, low dosing vs ei, its all right do your own thing and make your own system work out...If something is working for you, perfect it out yourself, don't do constant change due to other people's advices, trust in yourself, believe in yourself

I think I see where you're going. For some reason, I like the round curve of the wood on my right. It looks like a rib bone left behind after a battle. But then, I majored in poetry for a while.

Oh wait, is it gone now?

I love how the plant growth and light are focused in the middle, and the outer edges are more bare and dark. It makes it look as though, while the tree is being attacked, it's definitely fighting back hard. Powerful scape, man.
