    Hi,

Yep she did, this morning before she went to school. This was her Q and I'll have to answer by this evening:):

"Now, that you spent almost $600.00 on two co2 systems what improvement should I expect to see in my/our current and future plants ?"

What do I say except..........darling the plants will grow better. Lol, I already said that.

    Hi barbarossa4122,

"Faster, healthier growth that will look like an indoor garden and complement her already excellent decor!" "I can re-coop the expense by selling stems for $1 much faster with CO2." BTW, you know you are pretty much on the defensive! LOL!

    Hi hbosman,

I think she'll believe me for now. Seriously, I want to see a big improvement myself and with help from this and other forums I'll have beautiful tanks in the near future.

After I went to pressurized CO2, I wondered why I mixed sugar and yeast for so long. It's alot easier to fight algae with consistent CO2 output. You might eventually, get tired of trimming and pulling plants on a weekly basis though.

Tell her you're going to save money on buying new plants so you can give her a nice pair of shoes. Always works ;) :)

Think shoes and bags, not plants ;)

    regards,

Oh, she loves to do aquascaping. Already has plans to rearrange everything as soon as I get the co2 running.

    Hi Pat,

I never forget important days b/c I love my wife but, I will get her a "better" present next time. Heck, I am a bit older than she is and should know better.

Oh, she loves to scape and actually puts her hands/arm beyond feeding the fish?
Well...........CO2.........will be the drug of choice after a few weeks. Just never gas the fish, that's equal to forgetting a special calendar date.
I do not think you are in trouble here.

    Regards,
    Tom Barr

    Hi,

Yep, she really loves to scape. I think is the country girl in her, since she comes from a small rural town in Europe. Lol, I am a lucky dude you know, I really am.:) I am confident I'll not gas the fish.

But if she start to talk to loud there is an object from her country that you can use until she forget the mater, corks ! Isn´t she from Portugal ?

    Explain First, Then Do

Best money spent in this hobby is on quality CO2 equipment.

Just sell $15 or $20 worth of plants and fish a month, you will both be happy. :)

It is your wife's job to question your decisions, if you do not have a good answer you shouldn't do it, no matter what "it" is.

A happily married for decades, European girl,

ps Why no "old lady" emoticon?
