What to do with GH Up?

I bought some fertilizers from www.laaquaria.com and received a free bag of GH Up.

Recently my snails have been suffering from pitted shells which indicates to me that the calcium is low. I've tried using bags of crushed coral in my filter. It helped, but it's messy and relatively expensive.

Would adding the GH Up help the snails? How much should I add to my 50 gallon planted aquarium and how often?

Look at the EI thread, it will tell you how much GH booster to add after each water change.

I would guess your GH up is similar to GH booster.
