It looks a bit like Staghorn to me.

how do i get red of it? its not co2 related for sure. am using co2 tank, one reactor and one glass Diffuser. dc yellow with kh 4. 2 power head plus filter. EI used, its a 29 g with 2 CF LIGHT 55W EACH only one lihgt on at time with 1 hour over lap.
no SAE, cant finde any where i live. any thought?

If your CO2 and flow is OK, as you say, then I would venture to guess that the staghorn is growing on old leaves that are leaking nutrients. These leaves need to be removed.
