I'm using this citric asit and baking soda diy co2. and I'm using this kit. https://tr.aliexpress.com/item/Free-Shipping-New-1Set-White-DIY-Aquarium-Planted-Tank-CO2-System-Pro-Tube-Valve-Guage-Bottle/32264380558.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.zuAuNawith standart sprite / coke bottles.

I know that in normal times it needs to be in the green zone, but it changes over time and sometimes go to high numbers. So my question is how much pressure this kit and bottles can hold in terms of kg/cm^2 at maximum level. In what number I can say that I'm safe 1 .. 2 .. 3 ? I don't want to blow up things.

This is risky, proceed at your own peril.

I guess it depends on the bottle, but some people have experimented with this. Granted this is risky, you don’t know what might fail, what will go flying at you. You’ll have to do the unit conversion.

There are others on YouTube as well, pressure testing bottles. The problem will be over time the plastic will stretch, and get brittle, and it will fail. Every bottle is different. I would make sure I don’t use the same bottle for too long. If you built an box that would contain any flying harmful debris might increase your safety level. Pressure tanks scare me as it is...everything at your own peril..... Wear safety glasses...
