not enough CO2?
that is cool! I tought it was a ferts deficiency and I couldn't figure witch one and why cause I dose every day and no other plants show sign of deficiency.
Just add a tad more CO2 and watch, it'll take a while for the new plant leaves to come out but it should be fine if you do EI, dose routinely, do water changes etc.
