I have included in this post a water quality report from my city and im a little unsure of what micro's i should be adding or how much...i currently add 1/16th teaspoon of csm+b. but should i be adding anything else?

I would say you have good water.
I do not know the size of your tank or your aims, but standard EI macro and micronutrients seem appropriate. Along with GH booster.

Yes 5-9dGH is generally good, even up to 12dGH or so, when unsure of the composition, I really do recommend boosting at least 1dGH.
Not necessarily GH boosters, Calcium and Magnesium are fine.
