Water changes in non co2 tank!

    Hello, i have a 5gal non co2 tank! i add a small air pump to control cyanobacteria! the shrimp make a lot of poop so i wanna make water changes to clean it! my question is if a let the water for the water changes rest for one day can i do the water change? thanks! My fear is black bear algae cause by co2 fluctuations! :D :D:D

    Its just that maybe the cyano its caused by excess of organics but without water changes how can i low the organics? Thanks
