Vortex Diatom Filter

I just heard that Vortex is going out of business. And no one else is going to produce their diatom filter. Anyone else hear this

I still haven't heard back from them.

That isn't a good sign. Bad for Customer Service if they expect to stay in business.

I recieved a response from Vortex:

Hi
No, no truth to that at all. Royal pet supply had to drop our products, along with a LOT of other products they had due to THEIR business habits.
We are still here and plan to stay.
