Hey all,

Silly little question here I thought you may have the answers to... I was just wondering if it's generally ok to snip off the water roots from plants or if this will have some negative effect on them (stunt growth or eventually kill them).

I've done this before as it certainly makes the plants much nicer to look at and it didn't seem to have any adverse effects but thought you all may have some advice on this one.

Much appreciated

hi.
no any adverse effect at all, on all my plants that used to have those roots. Worth to say, they have almost dissapear at all, as using better substrate/ferts.

regards.
