    Hi all,

My Echinodorus bleheri is getting quite large and shadowing the rest of the tank. Any ideas on trimming this plant? The leaves reach the surface and are quite broad at this point. View attachment 1909

    Thanks in advance.

Unless you're very fond of the plant i'd replace it with a smaller Echinodorus, the bleheri is quite a big one and will keep doing this.

If you want to trim this one you can do so by removing whole leaves near the stem. On Dutch forums this is sometimes referred to as similar to peeling a banana.
