  2. Unfortunately for Photobucket users, things have changed in a big way as of June 26th they are rolling out a $399 per year subscription fee for those who want to hotlink images from Photobucket’s servers to display elsewhere.
This does not mean it only affects this site, It now means that billions of images across the Web now display an error message instead of the image in question. :(

If you happen to be in Toronto/GTA and need a CO2 refill, I found a company called Norwood Carbonation CO2 Supply that refills tanks for substantially less than the industrial gas suppliers. A 5lb refill is $14CDN and can be done while you wait. Tanks need to be tested every 5 years, my tank expired in October - the test was an additional $20CDN and turned around in less than 24 hours.

The staff is familiar with CO2 use in the aquarium and I particularly like the fact that you keep your own tank. From the collection of tanks in the office it looks like they can refill non-standard tank models as well.

I get a 5# refill from camcarb for $15 while I wait, so that price is not really much cheaper. Also, most places sell to the recreational pharaceutical industry and a few know about aquarium use :)
