Hey Tom,

I'm just coming back from a few year hiatus away from plants (I always come back). It occurred to me while I was diving through the forums trying to re-learn things that you were working on a book awhile back. Is this still in the cards or too much a pain in the backside? :)

My bet is that such book will only be written if something like the Tao Te Ching happens.

Invite Tom somewhere and not let him leave until finished! :)

Joke.

I'm writing and book of sorts, but it's academic and involves killing weeds, once that is done, then perhaps.

Sounds like the exact opposite of the other book, lets hope there is no mix ups ;)

Rest assured, there will be no mix ups.

They had a 15 million $ field bust when I was in high school in the 1980's locally.
They used kerosene to try and burn the green moist stuff. They did not have enough available, so they tried to spread the kerosene on the weed.
This ended up having the effect of dozens of kids snitching the scraps after they left, and then washing it off or finding some they missed.
I recall a few kids getting busted with 10-20 lbs, which was 10-20 years in prison under typical terms back then.

Shaun and I will write the book once things settle down and bit for both of us. He's got some offers and deals with Oxford press, so we will see.

Place me on the list for a pre-order--the book, not the weed. ;p
