    It's THE journal for American aquatic weed issues.
    Lots of good stuff, I gave a talk last year there on my proposed research.

    Unlike Europe, and quite a few other places, we actually go out and kill the aquatic weeds.
    We got lots of issues.

    Most should be open source so hobbyist can read it.
