This regulator was built to "stay in the family."
I have two. There are only two in the universe like this. Hand built by me. All top quality components. All stainless steel. The best quality components money can buy.

The price tag may shock some. But when you do the research and try to piece this together, you'll realize I'm losing money.

That's what I thought too! LOL!! But, money talked!

Thank you for selling the base regulator to me!
Yeah, the only way I'll sell this is if it takes a significant chunk out the equipment upgrade I have planned. Prob put about $700 into this regulator. Not asking that much, but the cost will reflect how much I put into it and what a good quality piece of equipment it is. Second to none as far as function, precision, and quality.

I bought two SGT500's from a Victor regulator technician. He completely went through them and then shipped them to me. They are in new condition basically. After a lot of cattle prodding by Matt, I shipped him one. This is the one that is for sale.

The SGT500's are a little smaller than Victor's VTS253 line. They have stainless steel diaphragms and the body is made from stainless steel bar stock.

I'm going to close this listing on Sunday 1/29 at 11am (Pacific Time). If anyone is seriously interested, please contact me by then to work something out. If not, I'm keeping this regulator. Good luck trying to find another SGT500 bare body for less than $477 (used) or $1000 (new). Then you have to add all the parts (needle valve, solenoid, npt fittings, check valves, and tube adaters).

Matt,

PM me and let's talk. I don't NEED another regulator but that one is indestructable and I would use on my 220....because it is so pretty as well with all the SS...

Not sure but let's discuss...
