Spritzing Miracle gro liquid plant fertilizer during a hair grass dry start

Is their any benefit or long term drawback to spritzing watered down Miracle gro liquid plant fertilizer during a hair grass dry start? Both aquariums will eventually contain fish when the hair grass has propagated to my satisfaction. I have one tank set up with miracle gro organic top soil capped with color quartz. The other is just color quartz. Both have substrate fertilizer. One tank is a 5g hex with a 10w PC bulb on 24hrs. The other is an evolve 4 on about 18 hrs. I know the miracle gro use will have to cease well before the fish are add. I also have dry fertz. Would they be better?
