I've been a slug building this, but it's well on its way now.

    I have 2 I'm making.

    Burket SS
    Swagelok Check valve
    SS nipple and nut
    SS elbows and connections
    Parker valves
    Swagelok 2 stage reg SS

All the parts are new. All parts are SS.
Took awhile to source things, but.........it's not the typical brass mix.

I have some of the mini type reg's, supposedly dual stage, but the output pressure is haywire and they were new.
They level off during the day to out put pressure I've set, but one leaks CO2 at night into the line.
Another used one would not reset the seal after initially pressurizing up. It's too bad because they are very compact, while I like well made things, getting a big old reg under a cabinet is often an issue if you try and max the gas tank size as well.
But these regs are extremely high grade.

I'll have to ebay the mini regs, I cannot sell them to anyone in the hobby.

Subscribed. Can't wait to see you build this, Tom.
I haven't built a Swagelok regulator before. Great choices for hardware, too.

I got the SS dual stage Swagelok's for 100$ each new.
I figured I'd low ball and if I got them, great, if not, the other guy had one for a about 160$.
I just need the SS nipples and nuts, wire the solenoids. and slap it together.

    The regs are sweet.

I bet they look a lot like this:

Let me know if you need a link for 2 1/2" stainless nipple. (they can be hard to find - the 2" one is too short with the big gauges)
