I've decided to do inverts in this tank. I have 5 amanos in the tank now. They don't have a lot of cover so I'm wondering what fish I might be able to get away with. The gourami in the pic was moved so right now the only thing in the tank are the 5 shrimp. I'm also considering some freshwater clams considering I have a nice sand bed if I can get my hands on them. I've heard ottos are fairly safe with shrimp. I know most people say to either keep shrimp or fish in a tank. Just thought I'd ask see what people's experiences have been. I don't know that I'll be adding any of the nano shrimp such as CRS or anything, but its a possibility. Considering the size of the tank I don't think those would be such a great choice though.
I do plan to add a few more plants so it doesn't look quite so bare. Mostly a few more crypts, cyperus helferi, and possibly a little more Xmas moss which should give more hiding places.
