    Hi all,
I have started dosing my 120g tank as per EI method. Specs as follows:
Lighting: 270 watts T5HO (2.25 watts per gallon)
    Pressurized CO2
    Photo period: 7 hours
    KNO3: 1.5 tsp (10.35 ppm from fertilator, 11.34 ppm from Chuck's calc)
    KH2PO4: 0.25 tsp (1.35 ppm from fertilator, 1.84 ppm from Chuck's calc)
Flourish: 10 mL (0.22 ppm Fe from fertilator)

Would it be best if I were to halve the dosage for Iron to just 5 mL for each of the Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays during this initial stage?

    Please advise. TIA.

Not sure why you would. You have a bunch of light, that 2.25 wpg, is really closer to 5-6wpg due to being t-5 HO. Why ease up on the iron and traces and create a potential deficiency? If its $ issue get plantex CSM+B. If you want to dose less you should use less light. The excess light is far more likely (will) create an algae problem, because there will be a lot more CO2 demand, which might not be met, than an extra 5ml of flourish.

Your lighting and CO2 look to be the big issues.
