    Emersed plant looks a lot like rotala rotundifolia. Was labeled as “Rotala macrandra giant” after about few weeks of high light/ co2 I started to notice it looks much like a green version of rotala rotundifolia with similar growth patterns. The leaves are a little more elongated than rotundifolia and are in swirls of 2, unlike rotundifolia which can be 2 or 3. Very fast grower and easy to adapt under water.

    stems get red with high light and leaves turn a slight yellow, near the very surface.
