i have low light setup using pressurized 02 setup

When I use the Rotala calculator sdould I use low light\weekly

If this is the aquarium with Anubias, Yes. If you run into problems then increase to full dose and see if plants health is improved. Then slowly go down back to low light levels until symptoms appear again.
