Rhionx or ada beetle and what size?

I want to replace my sweetwater stone with either a rhinox or an ada beetle for my 20 inch cube. (33 galons). I have power heads directly above to "catch and spread" teh bubbles. Can someone tell me which I'll be happiest with in the long run and should I go for one size up or keep to the one inch sq.

anyone have any deals? Tom are you still selling yours and would it be right for my tank?

A Rhinox 2000 is fine, or a 1000 etc.
