Regarding the abbreviation

I'm a aquarium fans from China. I'd like to learn and share the experience for my water plant and aquarium tank here.

But some abbreviation caused my trouble on read and understanding, some I can guess, but most of them I cannot understand.

Would you please help to set up a index for explanation?

Haha, that one (quite an important one on this site) is indeed not in the list. It means Estimated Index. An estimate of what plants can use max. The basis of the dosing system Tom suggests.
