I need to repair some Manzy and wondering what glue might work? Not talking connecting larger pieces with screws, but smaller finger branches that have broken off

You might be able to use the type of super glue reefers use to glue coral to rocks. You may want to test it for strength on some wood first though.

The super glue gel, or epoxy etc, might work if you really glob it on.
You can saw some manzy dust, then add that on top of any glue that might show, this helps hide the glue very well.

Dowel Perhaps

Hi,

Try a dowel, drilling both pieces; I have used toothpicks as dowels.

I prefer 2-part epoxy to stick them together.

Small stuff .........drilling and dowels are tough........ silicone globed on works pretty well also.

Larger stuff, drill & use wood screws

Silicone (and any glue probably) needs the wood to be well cleaned, both sites, otherwise a small layer of bark/dirt/frail wood will remain attached to the silicone and the rest will decide on its own where it wants to be.

Don't ask me how I know this :)
