Recomended ei dosing for 90 gallon tank

Hello. I have a 90 gallon tank, 216 watt t-5 lights, pressurized co2. I want to know how much of each nutrient to add to the tank each day? I think i saw a page on this but cannot find it. Any help would be great.

See the PMDD+PO4 thread to do daily dosing.

I use to add 3/4 tsp of KNo3, 1/4 tsp of KH2PO4, 20mls of Traces 3x a week.
I'd add GH booster at 2 tables spoons after water change, 50-60% weekly.
