Hi, just recently purchased Thrive+ and it's my first time dosing. My tank is 75 gallons and also running co2. From the plants you see, (since I forgot most species off hand) how much should I dose. Also my gel caps of Osmocote+ dissolved and the pellets rose above the substrate made up of a thin layer of soil, and red dirt topped with Eco Complete.
For lighting I use a Beamswork LED and a Marineland Reef Ready LED. I can tell they're weak lights because my S. Repens are stretching out for light. You can tell in the photos.

Since your plant mass is not huge maybe 1/4 of suggested dosing???
If NO3 & PO4 don't accumulate much maybe 1/3 of recommended dosing.

Close (but not too close) to LA
Staurogyne repens and other creeping Stauros grow vertical when they want more CO2. If you increase CO2, they usually go sideways within days, even with the same amount of light.

Do a couple of big water changes to undo Osmocote release. Then crank up CO2 flow a little. If fish do OK, increase CO2 a little more in a few days.

Thrive at quarter to half dose will be fine.

That may be why. The co2 been off a few days due to me just moving from NY to FL. I been having a "ball" trying to find a place that would refill my co2 here in JAX.

If your going osmocote, I would not even dose as of yet...In this case I see, you need to get co2 right. I agree with pikes here. co2 will make all the difference in this setup. Higher i mean

Look up Bryan James on one of the Facebook groups. High Tech Planted Tank group, may be. He is in JAX. He can help with your refill situation. Good to have a hobbyist of his caliber nearby.
