Three 6500k, 70 watt HQI (Hydrargyrum quartz iodide)(mercury vapor, metal halide)) would be quite a bit of light for a 375 liter tank.

The light is certainly manageable. I would recommend the lights raised 35 or 40 centimeters above the surface. :gw

Are the HQI your choice or what you have available?

I think the 210 watts will be plenty. Either 5200k or 6500k bulbs will work well personally, I prefer 6500k, but that is only a matter of preference.

I like the look as well. The HQI pendants hanging over a planted tank provides a very dramatic look.
