Prodibio Bio Kit Fresh

I got this kit as a freebie from a lfs and am wondering if anyone knows anything about it or has tried it. Below is a link to it, but there are no reviews, and a google search doesn't return any reviews/experience. The saltwater products seem to have good reviews.

If you have plant roots, they have live bacteria as well. Or another aquarium you can get some dirty sponge/media etc from. Then none of that stuff is worth less than FREE.

Most folks have access to both.
So bio starters really offer little, mulm is live bacteria and a little organic matter, take some from a dirty filter, add to new tank. It does not get any better than that really.
Does not matter how discounted it may be, it's not cheaper than free.
