hi!

I just received the ordered mp20. But it doesn't seem to work....
The problem is in the motor part. When I remove the spacer and plug the machine, I see the magnet in the motor part turning 2-3 times. Then it stops. it seems jammed?

the controler shows a red-orange-red-orange led colour...

what could be wrong and could I fix it or should I send it back?

Hi yme,
Sounds like you've been good this year. A VorTech is no lump of coal.
What is the aquarium's glass thickness? This sounds like a misalignment. Check how you've adjusted the pin spacer for the thickness of your glass.

Happy Holidays!

Other more obvious things include correct adaptor for the electric voltage.
The spacer and simply adjusting the p[osition should do the trick.

5 mm to 19 mm thick glass should be fine.
As Tug said adjust the spacers on the dry side.

Indeed. Any results on this? I'm starting to get curious as to how this shakes out with the new Koralias coming out as well. I wonder if we'll start seeing the Vortec units drop a little in price, but they do so much more than the Koralias can...
