Hello to everyone

I do not know what to do.

Sinobacteria abound.

Plants do not grow.

It has algae problems.

Plants are shapeless.

Tank: 120 liter - 31 galon
Tank setup : 01.10.2021
Light :39*6 T5 Flo osram 865*3, Osram 830*3 but 3 lights out of 6 are on
Co2 :40-50 ppm
TDS :90-100
GH :4
KH :0
PH :5,5-5,7
Subrast : Tropica subrast 5 lt+ Tropica Nutrition Capsules 20 pcs-----Neo plants soil and npk 50 pcs----JBL Floropol 700 gram
Soil :Neo Soil
Fert :tropica specialised nutrition 1 pump daily
Filter : Sump + eheim ecco pro
Co2 indicator : Alyaws yellow
Water : %100 osmos
GH Booster :Seachem equilibrium
Su Değişimi: 2 günde bir %30
The lights are on 6 hours a day.

I give the CO2 with the reactor. 3-4 hours before lights turn on

In the likely order of importance
Fert :tropica specialised nutrition 1 pump daily

This is very low for the plants and conditions (light, CO2) you have in the tank. Plants show classic nutrient deficiency symptoms and cyanobacteria is also an effect of low nutrient levels.
Look at the doses of Tropica specialialized used in tanks with similar goals to yours : https://tropica.com/en/inspiration/
You can read more about cheaper and better proper nutrition of aquatic plants here: https://barrreport.com/threads/the-estimative-index-of-dosing-or-no-need-for-test-kits.52/

Subrast : Tropica subrast 5 lt+ Tropica Nutrition Capsules 20 pcs-----Neo plants soil and npk 50 pcs----JBL Floropol 700 gram
Stop adding nutrient tabs as they will release high ammonia in the water column. Once the plant density increases and you solve your problems you can consider adding them to boost growth if still needed. At this moment you are adding an unknown which will make it more difficult to solve things.

GH :4
KH :0
At a glance I do not see anything that really requires water so soft. Increase the hardness a bit, maybe to 6 °dGH and add 1-2 °dKH with KHCO3 or NaHCO3 to make it easier for your bacterial population to compete with cyanobacteria and establish a cycle.

Co2 indicator : Alyaws yellow
Lower the CO2 a bit, it will put less demand on the deficient nutrition. 30 mg/L CO2 is plenty for a healthy planted tank and can be increased later.
