Please Help Me To Stop This Algae

I am newbie and just set up my planted aquarium for 1 week. My tank is 36x15x20 with eheim 2273, CO2 2 drop/second, and Finex Ray2 led light. Both light and CO2 are on 12 hrs/day. After water change, the test was done with GH 120ppm, KH 120ppm, PH 7.5, No2 0.5, No3 20. After 1 week, I saw algae begin on ground and on top of baby tear carpet per pictures attached. I think this is hair algae but I am not sure. Could any of you please let me know what should I do to stop this algae and help my baby tear growing better. Thanks a lot for any help from you.

I'll chime in.

First things first, 12 hours of light is way to long of a photo period. Personally I'd reduce that to 6h a day to start with and see how things fair.

Is that Aquasoil?

What about nutrients? What are you dosing, how much and how often?

How are you measuring the amount of Co2 you are adding?

Yes, this is aquasoil. All I am doing just add Seachem Prime when water change from tap water. No nutrients were applied. I have bubble counter for CO2 and use 2 bubbles per second.

NoT uncommon in new tanks. 2x water changes per week. Spray H2O2 on the affected areas when the water level is low during water change, wait for a bit and fill it back up.
I would check the PH and if it’s low, add a bit of KH to help babeficial bacteria colony establish faster.
Keep light low.

Thank you Rajkm. I am doing WC 2x weekly 30%, dosing El, keep light from 6pm to 12 pm, CO2 from 5pm to 1am. After 4 weeks, I put 20 neon tetra, 2 Otto catfish, 4 Cory, 2 gourami, and couple shrimp. Now water is clear, all plants are growing, and no algae. I am so happy now and have a plan to add 2 more discuss fishes.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you don't really want your CO2 running an hour past when your lights go off. Common practice is to turn it off when the lights do, or an hour before, depending on your preferences and results.

Yes, now Co2 on from 5:00pm to 12:00am. Thank you for your advice. I upload some pictures to update my tank after 6 weeks.
