Hi. I am new to EI. Before I start dosing, can you please check my dosing schedule that I have come up with:

Tank capacity: 405 litres (~107 US gallons)
    KH: 4 degrees
    pH: 6.6
    CO2 level: ~ 30ppm
    Lighting: 240watts, ~ 2.25wpg.

    Saturday
    50% water change
    [MACROS]
    Dose ½ teaspoon Potassium Nitrate
    Dose 20ml Mono Potassium Phosphate
    Dose 1 teaspoon Potassium Sulphate

    Sunday
    [TRACES]
    Dose 10ml Seachem Flourish
    Dose 10ml Seachem Flourish Iron

    Monday
    [MACROS]
    Dose ½ teaspoon Potassium Nitrate
    Dose 20ml Mono Potassium Phosphate
    Dose 1 teaspoon Potassium Sulphate

    Tuesday
    [TRACES]
    Dose 10ml Seachem Flourish
    Dose 10ml Seachem Flourish Iron

    Wednesday
    [MACROS]
    Dose ½ teaspoon Potassium Nitrate
    Dose 20ml Mono Potassium Phosphate
    Dose 1 teaspoon Potassium Sulphate

    Thursday
    [TRACES]
    Dose 10ml Seachem Flourish
    Dose 10ml Seachem Flourish Iron

    Friday
    No dosing on this day.

    * I am not sure how much Flourish/Flourish Iron to dose. Does anybody have a recommendation here?

    * I'm guessing, to start off with, it's better to be generous and work at reducing the amounts added rather than increasing them?

Nitrate - Aim to dose 2ppm per day. Total 14ppm per week, 2X worse case for zero uptake 28ppm.

Phosphate - Aim to dose 0.2ppm per day (i.e. 1:10 ratio to Nitrate). Total 1.4ppm per week, 2X worse case for zero uptake 2.8ppm.

Potassium - Aim to dose 3ppm per day. Total 21ppm per week, 2X worse case for zero uptake 42ppm.

    Thanks heaps,
    Scott

Forgot to mention, 1 teaspoon of KH2PO4 in 500mls water gives me 0.02ppm in 405 litres per ml.
