So lately I've been enjoying irc.chatspike.net [HASHTAG]#ptchat[/HASHTAG]. Things seem to move faster than on forums, and I've gotten a fair bit of random information from it. I haven't seen it mentioned here, so I thought I'd toss it out as a good resource. It's a bit quiet at times, but when it gets moving there are a number of knowledgeable people who sit around and talk about random things usually related to the hobby.

It's an IRC room. Go to Mibbit.com Webchat client then click "server" then type in irc.chatspike.net in the new, "server address" box, type in the user name you want, and type in [HASHTAG]#ptchat[/HASHTAG] for the channel. Hit go, wait for the first tab to get through connecting to the server, and from there a window should open. On average there's about 10-20 users; sometimes its quiet.
