Plant help please

I am currently fertilizing using the EI system. My pantanal, ludwigia Cuba and others are just not getting red!!!!! Can someone help??

3.9 watts per gal. 55 gal, moderate planting, pressurized co2, 2-3 bps. I will post pics tomorrow.
