Hello , can anyone suggest me a PAR meter I can buy from eBay ?

I want to measure PAR at substrate level in the tank

Price range ~ 150 Eur/dollars

Easy to use as a PAR meter only.
No need to keep it in the tank and purchase costly slides for it.
That is of course unless you want too?

My only complaint is that by default after installation, Windows loads it as a service every restart.
I have just been lazy and not disabled/ / switched to manual yet.
