I have an oxidant to oxidize chloramines and ammonia pool.

    the composition is

Potassium sulfate, potassium bisulfate, potassium hydrogen-peroxymonosulfate, peroxydisulfate, potassium carbonate, magnesium carbonate and sodium

is that it could be used to water aquarium?

Here we use Sodium thiosulphate,(Na2S2O3·5H2O) to treat tap water for immediate use in case that there are a lot of fish in the tank and no time to expose the water for a day.

If the tank has mainly plants inside, and the tap water does not smell strong chlorine, don't bother.
