Hi,

Now, it's about a year that I have grown my HC as floating. It constitutes my first source to replace my carpet from time to time. Floating needs more trimming than my carpet. No algae, easy to grow and a beautiful addition to a tank. Wil make you spare some money buying HC if your carpet goes bad

Sure, and it's so wasy to grow them that way. CO2 shouldn't be an issue here. Better than buying plants all the time. Novice people often spend lots of money buying plants...
