Does anyone know if rex gregg still makes his regulator for sell. Also, setting up a 180. Need a substrate that is good, I know I should shell out some money, but not break the bank. suggestion? or what is popular now? Also, a reliable mail order plant distributer in case my local club does not have enough cuttiings

I'm fond of ADA aqua soil. Black Flourite sand from there, then plain black flourite then Eco Complete. I go plain sands otherwise.

I'm not sure about Rex, contact him directly.
Try TPT for plant cuttings from hobbyists.
Quite a bit of folks buy/sell there.

I think I used 7 bags of ADA AS on my 180 Gal, they are 2x as much volume as the Flourite or EC per bag BTW.
