new tank setup/ dosing

I have just setup a new tank and intend on changing water 2x/week for 2-3 months.
Lets say I change water only on days that I normally add macros.
Do I just redose macros or do I need to add some Trace due to high frequency of water changes?

No, just dose the traces like normal. Do what you suggested for the macros, add them back on the water change day.
