Nice choice in tanks :D

Glosso should be fine under that light, but if you can move the bulb forward so that the foreground gets light; the taller plants in the back are closer to the bulb anyhow.

For plants, I think I would be tempted to use a lot of taller red plants in the back. A tank like that can show very nice depth, but it needs to have its height broken up visually so that it looks balanced. Contrasting colors is a good way to do it.

If you don't like red plants, perhaps try using wood that extends higher up in the tank than normal.

When ever I see a tall, cube shaped aquarium, I get the urge to put some sort of Nymphea spp. in it.

I don't take aquasoil in France is too expensive. I take akadama like my nanocube :
