"new" method of venturi???

hi...
i have a bioball internal reactor..
those green plastic tubing...
is it possible to have a "venturi" by just using that and i add a cerimic glass diffusser @ the bottom???
i see tiny bubles...

but does this method works like a venturi???

Could you describe what you are talking about in a little bit more detail? Or sketch a drawing? I'm alittle slow on the uptake of what you are describing.
