Where can I get a needle valve that will accept a screw-on bubble counter? The kind you see with the full co2 regulator system.

I think that is often part of a milwuakee setup and I'm starting to see them on JBL setups ... I've never seen one in real life ...

I'm personally more comfortable with keeping liquid as far away from my regulator and needle valve as possible ...

I've searched several online stores ... but I was unable to find anyone selling one all by itself, the bubblecounter/check valve that attaches direct direclty to the needle valve ...

Re: needle valve

Hi Greg

I had the same luck...looked everywhere.
I discovered that if I can get a 1/16" male thread to male thread coupler I can attache it. BUT I can't even get that. :)
So I just rigged up some tubing and odds and ends to get it working, not pretty but it does work

Re: needle valve

These folks sell the JBJ replacement bubble-counter and check valve units for a reasonable price. I can say reasonable cause I just spent twenty dollars at Home Depot trying to make a co2 regulator I own work with this new planted tank I am setting up.

The unit is under the co2 heading and only like nineteen dollars, pretty decent price and would turn any cheap regulator into a functioning unit for a planted tank.
