If you buy or have bought a used and untested ebay-bought regulator from me and it is defective (meaning it does not work, leaks, or has other major issues), send the regulator back to me via USPS flat rate medium box on your dollar.
I will test the unit, and if it is indeed defective (non-repairable) I will not only refund your money (the full amount), I will also refund your shipping cost.
IMPORTANT: I will refund your money on a defective used/ untested regulator starting today, through midnight 3-21-11. This gives you 30 days to build and test your regulator.
Like all machinery, failures happen (although this is rare with victor regulators). If your unit was working at the time of the sale, then fails to work, a refund is at my discretion and is to be determined by me on a case by case basis.
I don't want anyone to be burned. I'm spreading my DSR obsession so that all can know the benefits, not to cause headache or worry.
