Too bad they are a LLC, why incorporate and get trademarks if you cannot afford to defend it in the court system?

The threat is frivolous as all get out, but that does not matter except.........in the court of public opinion, seems the legal "Team' at Hansen's Beverage Monster's division has WAY TOO MUCH TIME on their hands.
