Moderators needed

Greg and I are going to have a full fledged public side to the Barr Report.
I cannot handle the volume of post and monitor it all.

So I am looking for some folks and I'll bug a few of you.
We are going to use some virtual bucks which can redeemed for Free GW ferts, SeaChem, ADA, Tropica products, maybe some plant vendors etc.

So basically we will get a new skin, many nice new features, but the basic format etc will remain the same as it is, we will just expand the public sections, the rest will still be private and I will answer most of private post that need answered.

We are still considering options for the site.

While it a volunteer position, we will come up with some virtual $$$ to redeem so folks get some real value both for the private use and the mods.

There will still be no advertizing banners etc.
I've taken a strong stand on that issue and it shall remain.

In the public forum section, I'd like to create some multiligual forums, so if you speak Danish, Russian, Chinese, Spanish etc and want to be a mod, I will help and get this going.

If a mod has a question they feel they have trouble with, ask me, refer to the a report etc.

I may be interested. I am on these forums enough to be, and I have an MD with a minor in Chem...Oh if it helps I also speak some Danish Norwegian and Swedish.

Thanks, Greg is out of town for awhile longer and this is a lot of work for him, so when he gets back and has sometime, we will move forward. But it' looks to be a week or two yet.

Yes, folks that speak other languages will greatly help communicate various ideas to other folks that are unable to speak/understand English.

I'd sort of dumb when it comes to web stuff, fortunately Greg is not and neither are many/most of you folks, so while some are dumb with plants and some are dumb with web stuff, together we can get somewhere with this ship

That is the inherent strength of any group.
It is the diversity that allows us to much more than the individual.
