I have read so much on fertilisers that I am not sure where to start!
I have bought....

1/ Plantex CSM + B
2/ KNO3
3/ KH2PO4
4/ K2SO4

The question is can the ingredients be mixed together to make up a 500ML solution.
If so, what amount for each ingredient.
Thanks.

You shouldn't mix the micros with the phosphates, as the phosphates will precipitate out some of the minerals. Keep the micros separate.
Depending on which of the various dosing regimens you decide to follow you may be targeting certain concentrations. I personally keep my planted tanks more well stocked than some, so I find it easier to keep the phosphates, nitrates, and potassium separate so that I can accommodate for what the bio-load in my tanks are already generating. I do however mix the magnesium (epsom salts) together with the K2SO4.
